This Privacy Policy explains how ConcertPro (“the App”, “we”, “our”) processes your personal data when you use the App on your iOS device. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

ConcertPro is designed to process audio and video files locally on your device . We do not collect or upload any media files (videos, audio recordings, or projects) to our servers.

We never access this data remotely.
1.2 Optional Anonymous Usage Statistics (With Consent)
When you first launch the App, you may choose to enable anonymous analytics to improve ConcertPro. This includes:

No media files, project names, or personal identifiers are included.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time in the App settings under “Privacy-friendly statistics”. If you opt out, no data is collected.
1.3 In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store. We only receive confirmation that your Apple ID has unlocked Premium features. We do not store payment information.
2. Permissions (Camera, Photos, Microphone)
ConcertPro may request access to:

Permissions are requested only when needed for a specific feature. All processing is done locally on your device. No media is transmitted to our servers.
3. Third-Party Services
ConcertPro does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.

Optional analytics are handled via a minimal self-hosted system with no external providers.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Project data remains on your device until you delete it in the App. Deletion removes all associated audio and files. Anonymous analytics logs (if enabled) are stored locally for up to 30 days and may be sent weekly only with explicit consent. You may request deletion at any time via email.

You may also delete projects directly within the App.

6. Children’s Privacy
ConcertPro is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website at the same link where this document is provided. Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notice.
